Joe "DRUM TRAMP" FRULLANEY

JOE BEGAN PLAYING SERIOUSLY IN 1980 AT THE AGE OF 15.
His earliest influences were John Bonham, Neil Peart, John Densmore, Ringo Starr and his Dad who was a professional drummer in the early 60's and his first teacher. After doing the garage band thing for a few years, he joined the heavy metal cover band Ritual from 1984-85. Following that he played with many different musicians and bands in the tri state area including The Green River Band...a CCR tribute, The Alligator Club...a NYC based blues act, The Rockland County Police Emerald Society Pipes & Drums, and most recently IRONHORSE. He spent some time playing at the Jazz Studies Institute and the Drummers Collective in NYC as well. His more recent influences include Steve Smith, Steve Gadd and of course, Dave Weckl.
